Warranty

Covered Items:

  • 60 Days: Should you experience a defect in materials or workmanship after wearing your shoes, please contact USBOOT.com/warranty.
  • All footwear must be returned to USBOOT for assessment. After examining the product, we will determine if the issue is due to a defect in materials or workmanship and take appropriate action, which may include repair, replacement, or a credit equivalent to the original purchase price. This decision is at the sole discretion of USBOOT and can only be made after a physical inspection of the product.
  • Replacement Pairs: When issued, replacement pairs will carry the balance of the original warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: Must be submitted with warranty/returned products. If no proof of purchase is provided, USBOOT will determine the age of the footwear for warranty purposes.
  • Product Replacement: USBOOT reserves the right to replace warranted items with a similar product if the original product is not available.
  • Warranty Limitations: Customers cannot under any circumstances expand the warranty. 

Items Not Covered: 

  • Excessive wear, tear, cuts, burns, or damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, or alterations.
  • Wear holes and worn stitching.
  • Fit-related problems once the shoe has been worn outside.
  • Shoes returned outside the warranty period (refer to the warranty card in every boot box).
  • Water intrusion.
  • Repairs performed by a third party.
  • Chemical exposure.
  • Cosmetic features.
  • Safety Footwear: Warranty expires after initial toe impact.

Miscellaneous Warranty Issues:

  • If a defect in materials or workmanship develops after wearing the shoes, please contact USBOOT.com/warranty . All footwear must be returned to USBOOT for assessment to determine if the issue is due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Appropriate action will be taken at the sole discretion of USBOOT, and a decision can only be made after a physical inspection of the product. 

Warranty Coverage:

  • 60 Days: USBOOT is committed to providing high-quality products. We cover any obvious defects in material and workmanship during the first 60 days of use. While we do not offer warranties for wear and tear, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products.

Footwear Purchase and Return Policy:

Customer Satisfaction:

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear purchase. To ensure your comfort and proper fit, we ask you to follow these steps:
  • Check the Fit: Please try your new footwear indoors, walking on a carpeted or clean surface for at least an hour. This allows time for your feet to adjust to the shoes. If you experience any discomfort, contact the USBOOT to discuss your options.
  • Avoid Outdoor Use: Do not wear the footwear outside until you are sure that you are satisfied with the fit and comfort. Footwear that has been soiled will not be accepted for replacement, exchange, or refund. No exceptions.
  • Footwear Maintenance: USBOOT recommends that you regularly inspect, maintain, polish, and/or waterproof your footwear. Proper care helps extend the serviceable life of your shoes.
